Toda la estancia estuvo cómoda y tranquila, un vecindario bastante tranquilo… estuve de reposo por 10 días y la estancia tenía todo lo que necesitaba !! Tranquilidad, comodidad y utensilios. La ubicación es bastante buena ya que todo queda cerca y céntrico. Mil gracias Andrés , siempre estuvo pendiente de todo y las respuestas súper rápida 😊

The place was convenient to several restaurants and walking distance to the Vizcaya metro and gardens. It was spotless and the bedding was comfortable.
The kitchen could use a few more items but that was minor.
Finally, Andres was very responsive and friendly and gave us crystal clear instructions. I would highly recommend.

Our group of 4 enjoyed a long weekend at Andres’! Check in/out was easy and straightforward, the space was super clean, the beds super comfy, and it had ample space for us to get ready for a wedding we were in town for - no fighting for space here!
The house is in a safe walkable neighborhood with great options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Because the house is along a street and airplane path, light sleepers should bring earplugs, but worry not! Andres provided them, along with a few other amenities you may need in a pinch :) No one in our group had any issues sleeping overall - did I mention how comfy the beds were?
Andres was proactive, responsive, and thorough during our entire trip. He is the perfect amount of “I’m here if you need me, but I’m going to let you enjoy your trip”.

Stayed here for a quick business trip in Miami. Home was exactly as advertised and Andres was quick to communicate during the process. Will certainly look to stay here again in the future.

Facilidad para llegar y movilizarse por Miami. Apartamento en buenas condiciones, bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Vecindario tranquilo. Andrés estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

A gem in Miami! Andres place was clean, quiet, and a great place to stay. He was responsive and helpful. The snacks and water were an unexpected treat. Highly recommend and will stay again if we are ever in the area.

Andres was an excellent host! Very easy to communicate with. His house was spotless when we checked in. The rules were easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay in Miami.

Alojamiento muy bueno, bien provosionado, muy nitido, buen acceso, estacionamiento, andres muy pendiente de que todo este bien, indicaciones super claras, mi estancia aunque corta fue muy comoda y genial!!! Super recomendado!!
